Today we understand that the nature of sport and daily life requires coordinated movement, full body strength, balance and overall enhanced mechanics to reduce the chance of injury and improve performance of the human body. Sport conditioning captures the secondary characteristics of fitness (balance, agility,coordination, power, speed and reaction) and helps children, adults, athletes and weekend warriors move with greater efficiency and effectiveness. Everyone can benefit from sport conditioning not just the seasoned athlete.

TENN-FIT BOOT CAMP

FRONT AND CENTER! This group program is a high energy, sports conditioning class. Core stability, balance, rotary power and interval training will be emphasized using the Bosu trainer, agility ladder, stability and medicine balls and resistance tubing. If you want to sweat and increase your fitness level, this is the class for you! Come to as many classes as you want each week.

Location: Hamilton Tennis Club

Cost: $15 for the first class you attend each week; $10 for each addtional class

Time: Beginning May 2nd, classes are held Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7am.

IN-HOME PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

Each session is designed to coach you through your individually designed exercise program.
You are provided with effective warm-up exercises to reduce the risk of injury, proper exercise technique for each specific exercise and effective cool down exercises and stretches for the entire body.

You are provided with one on one attention as you exercise to ensure that you receive the maximum benefits of each exercise and an extra motivational boost to help keep you on track.
Each session is 60 minutes in length and is located in the privacy of your own home. All equipment is provided.
